Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of your original purchase date. We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests based on usage, account history, and the reason provided.

How to Request a Refund

• Contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date.
• Provide your account email or order reference.
• Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund.
• If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds do not apply to accounts terminated for abuse, chargeback fraud, account sharing, harassment, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. We also cannot refund purchases made more than 30 days ago.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms and will result in an immediate permanent ban from all ecombisha™ services.
